We provide travel bundles that may include accommodations, transportation in the country you visit, and additional services (“Services”).

2. Booking and Reservations

• Reservations: To confirm a booking, you must complete the reservation process via our website or by contacting our customer service team. A booking confirmation will be sent to you once your reservation has been processed and payment has been received.
• Payment: Full payment or a deposit (as specified) is required to confirm your booking. Payment methods will be detailed during the checkout process.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Pricing: The prices for our travel bundles are as indicated on our website or in our promotional materials at the time of booking. Prices may vary based on availability, seasonality, and other factors.
• Flights: Our prices DO NOT include flights. Travelers must schedule their own transportation to the destination country. Once landed, Vive Aventuras Caribeñas will provide private transportation within the country.
• Currency: All prices are quoted in USD, and payment must be made in USD.
• Additional Fees: Any additional services, changes to the itinerary, or extra costs incurred during your trip will be the responsibility of the traveler.

4. Changes and Cancellations

• Changes: Requests for changes to bookings must be made in writing and are subject to availability. Fees may apply for any alterations to the original booking.
• Cancellations: Due to the time sensitivity in our bookings, once a trip reservation is made and full payment is processed, no cancellations will be considered. In extreme cases, Vive Aventuras Caribeñas may offer credits to be used within the same year of the original purchase.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary travel documents, including boarding passes, passports, visas, and any vaccinations required for travel to your destination. We recommend checking the specific entry requirements for each destination.

• Travel Risks: We aim to provide a safe and enjoyable experience, but you acknowledge that travel inherently involves risks. You agree to take responsibility for your own safety and well-being while traveling.
• Limitation of Liability: Vive Aventuras Caribeñas is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from unforeseen events such as natural disasters, strikes, accidents, or delays caused by third-party service providers. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services we have directly provided.

7. Travel Insurance

We highly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other potential issues that could arise before or during your trip.

8. Behavior and Conduct

While on any tour or trip organized by Vive Aventuras Caribeñas, you are expected to behave in a manner that respects other travelers and local cultures. We reserve the right to remove any traveler from the trip if their behavior disrupts the experience of others or violates local laws.

9. Force Majeure

Vive Aventuras Caribeñas is not liable for any failure or delay in the performance of our obligations if such failure or delay is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.
